As each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and personalised, please allow the following timelines:

At least 2–3 weeks for creation.
Engraved & Foil Stamped Products
At least 1–2 weeks for creation.
Please allow an additional 3 days for shipping and delivery.
We recommend placing your orders well in advance, especially for weddings and celebrations, to allow enough time for your pieces to be carefully created and delivered.

Returns
As every piece is individually hand-calligraphed, engraved, handpainted, or foil stamped specifically for you, personalised orders are non-returnable or exchangeable.
However, if your product arrives damaged, torn, cracked, or broken, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to assist.
Product Details
Your letter is presented inside a 9 × 2 × 2 in glass keepsake box, as handwritten calligraphy or a printed letter, with optional engraving on the glass itself.
The product shown is included with the personalisation service unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
Every piece is individually created and personalised by hand, making each one unique. Slight variations in lettering, placement, finish, or artwork are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the character of your Little C Co. piece.

Our wine glasses, tumblers, ring boxes, letter holders, and frames use quality glass selected for their clarity and elegant finish. Our ring boxes, letter holders, and frames feature gold-toned metal rims for an elevated look.

- For personalised or engraved surfaces, avoid excessive scrubbing directly over the artwork or engraving.
